Email is the primary mode of communication since we cannot always stop in the middle of designing a cake to take a call. It is a great way to communicate “visually” with artwork and other attachments. It also provides us with a written record of what has been discussed. If needed, any further details can be discussed by phone. 

When inquiring for your wedding or event cake, please be sure to provide the following information in your email or telephone message:  

• Date of event (to check for availability)
• Number of guests attending (portions required)
• Style or cake design desired (Wedding cake, event cake, 3D cakes, mini cakes, cupcakes, cookies)
• Venue (to ensure we service that area)
• Your contact information

We ask that you allow a minimum of two weeks notice. This will allow time for the design process of each individual creation. We also limit the amount or orders we take per week in order to provide the highest quality. Each cake is baked to order from scratch and custom designed.
